請問一下…我做一罐鹹檸檬..放了快一年了..今天開封..發現有塊咖啡狀浮游物..
聞是沒有臭臭的..請問您做的會有類似的東西嗎??謝謝您

沒記錯的話，幾天後會變皺
時間加長後又吸入水份再度成飽滿形狀
總之只要檸檬經過川燙殺菌，鹽巴含量足夠，不可能這麼快就壞掉。

他只喝兩次，而且持續抽菸

檸檬比較慢,我想至少也要超過三個月吧
聽說最好醃透,撈出來時略壓就爛掉最好
水應該不會乾掉
